The 3-Zone Entrance Matting Strategy

Trapping up to 95% of incoming debris and moisture requires an engineered zone sequence rather than a single undersized mat.

ZONE 1

Exterior Coarse Scrape

Positioned immediately outside or under canopy. Aggressive aluminium wipers or stiff brushes remove grit, stones, and heavy mud before the door threshold.

ZONE 2

Airlock / Vestibule Dual Action

Located between sliding doors or inside the airlock. Combines scraper blades and absorption carpet to scrape fine dirt and begin moisture capture.

ZONE 3

Internal Foyer Moisture Trap

High-density textile carpet inserts inside the lobby completely dry footwear soles, protecting internal polished tiles and hardwood from slip hazards.
